A little about us.
Innovative Tile & Marble LLC was founded in 2019 from a career built in the field. Its founder started as a helper, learned the trade from the ground up, and advanced into supervision through discipline, attention to detail, and leadership.
That path created a practical philosophy: to demand excellence, a leader must understand the work; to lead people, a leader must respect the effort behind every installation; and to earn a client’s trust, the company must deliver on its promises.
The next stage is to transform that hands-on knowledge into processes that can be taught, measured, and repeated throughout the organization.
Luis.
Luis began his career in the construction industry at just 18 years old, when he came to America from Colombia and fell in love with the art of transformation — the way a single remodel could completely change the way a family lives in their home. He started at the ground level, working labor for a demolition company, and within two years rose to become the company’s project manager.
From there, Luis moved into tile and renovations, eventually becoming the right hand of one of the biggest flooring companies in Florida. But Luis wanted more — he wanted to build something of his own. So he took the risk of walking away from the highest position at one of the state’s top flooring companies to start his own company. Today, at 30 years old, with over 1.000.000 square feet installed by Innovative, he doesn’t doubt his decision.
It began with a simple belief: every space has potential, but it takes true craftsmanship to bring it to life.
What started as a passion for the art of tile and natural stone slowly evolved into something much bigger. As our clients began asking us to handle more than just the finishing touches, we realized they weren’t just looking for installers—they were looking for a team they could trust with their entire transformation.
So, we grew.
Today, at Innovative Tile & Marble, we take your vision from the ground up—literally. We handle complete, end-to-end remodels. That means taking care of everything: from the initial demolition and prep work, to the installation of high-end hardwood flooring, custom tile work, and luxury marble surfaces.
We don’t just upgrade rooms; we tear down the old to build something extraordinary, managing every detail so you don’t have to stress about a thing.

VISION 2032 — To become one of Southwest Florida’s most respected premium finishes and installation companies, recognized for the excellence of our work, the character of our team, and the trust we build with clients, builders, designers, and partners. We aim to exceed $5 million in annual revenue, develop up to 50 professionals and approximately 15 crews, operate from an office with a warehouse and showroom, and preserve the essence that defines us: working with heart and building with excellence.
